All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day, except weekends and holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will likely be processed by Canada Post on the following Monday. All packages are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email regarding your shipment details and tracking number. You can track your package on Canada Post.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping only within Canada and to the United States using Canada Post.
What payment method do you take and is it secure?
All credit card and payment information is encrypted by SSL (secure socket layer). We take all major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard.
Can I cancel my order?
We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can “catch” the order before it is sent to our warehouse floor. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 24+ hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation.
