1. Damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the name of the product(s) you want to return to obtain a Return Number and instructions to initiate a return process. Returns made without a Return Number will not be processed.
2. Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. You may return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of Return Number.
3. Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Glow Blossom will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request will not be refunded.
4. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with the return of your merchandise. In addition, shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
5. Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return. Site-wide promotional sales (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the conditions of the promotion before purchasing.
6. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on US orders.
7. Gift with purchase must be returned with the unopened, unused condition.
